Description

A 19th century silver and horn tumbler with silver mounted rim. The applied silver shield contains a hand engraved monogram in old fashioned cursive script. Pale gold/green transparent colour.

Contains 160 ml.

Height 10 cm. Diameter 6.2 cm.

Condition

The horn beaker is in very good condition. Stamped with a full set of English silver hallmarks, monarch and date letter to the shield. The cup has been tested for water retention and does not leak. There are a couple of minor scuffs to the horn on the outside surface. Please note that this item is not new and will show moderate signs of wear commensurate with age. Reflections in the photograph may detract from the true representation of this item.
