    9811 Antique Chinese Silver Mug


    A fantastic little silver christening mug with the original bright gilt interior. The body is applied with charming scenes of Chinese figures going about their daily life. The handle is shaped in the form of a dragon. To the front is a shield with the name “Joyce”. Contains 170 ml. Weight 149 grams, 4.7 troy ounces. Height 9.2cm/10cm. Diameter of top 5.4cm. Stamped underneath with Chinese silver marks for Leeching, Canton, Hong Kong & Shanghai. Circa 1870.

    9404 Antique Chinese Silver Cocktail Shaker


    A large size antique sterling silver cocktail shaker with a hammered finish. An embossed decoration of bamboo stems and leaves curls all the way round the shaker. The large top comes off to fill the ingredients and the little top cup comes off for pouring and also serves as a drinks measure. Weight 479 grams, 15.4 troy ounces. Height 23 cm. Stamped underneath with Chinese silver marks. Maker Hung Chong. Circa 1900.

    An antique Chinese wooden tray mounted with silver handles of bamboo design. The hardwood is beautifully carved with flowers and a stylistic border. To the centre is a hammered silver plaque (uninscribed). The underside has green baize. Spread across the handles 57cm. Length 47cm. Width 32cm. Height 3.5cm/8.5cm. Circa 1910. Marked on one handle for Tuck Chang & Co, Shanghai.
