    A Russian silver brandy warmer with simple plain styling. Good early date. The circular bowl has a reeded border, flat handle and pull-off cover. Original gilt interior. Weight 284 grams, 9.1 troy ounces. Diameter 11.5 cm. Spread 20 cm. Height 7 cm. Marked on lid and base with Russian silver marks, 84 and makers mark. Date mark for 1769.

    A stunning quality Russian silver coffee jug with excellent deep chased decoration incorporating foliate scrolls and the traditional Russian eagle to the front and reverse sides. The bulbous lid has a distinctive onion form. No expense has been spared with the rich bright gilding which even extends to the inside of the pot and lid. Contains 1200ml. Total weight (including wooden handle and lid finial) 724 grams, 23 troy ounces. Height 26.5 (to top of finial). Spread 21cm. Moscow. Circa 1770. Russian silver purity is 84 zolotnik equivalent to 875/1000. 18th century.

    A delightful little antique silver purse in the form of a handbag with a carrying chain. Excellent decorative detail including faux basket weave and shaped leather straps with buckles. Original gilt interior. Weight 66 grams, 2.1 troy ounces. Height 6cm (excluding chain). Width 7cm. Stamped on both sides with Russian silver marks including the grade “84”, town mark, the year 1882 and the makers mark.

    An elegant antique silver casket with hinged carrying handle and flap fastener with silver padlock (no key). Suitable for use as a jewellery box. Lovely plain style and heavy gauge silver. Engraved to the lid is an inscription “Ein Andenkung”, a monogram and a date (probably 10th August 1904). The interior has the original light gilding. Weight 425 grams, 13.6 troy ounces. Top measures 13.5 x 8.25 cms. Spread across feet 15.5 cms. Marked underneath with Russian silver marks. Circa 1904.
