John Hodson

John Hodson (Hudson) I, London silversmith, apprenticed to Thomas King 1676, free by service 1683. When Thomas King died 1680/81 his workshop was continued by Thomas’ widow Mary with the help of apprentice John Hudson, Mary died in in 1685. John was recorded in Wapping in 1695. His Britannia mark was entered as largeworker undated probably at the commencement of the register in 1697.
