An unusual antique sterling silver trowel with a presentation inscription to LS Amery MP from the Unionist Club Ward End Birmingham on the front side. The blade edge has a pierced lacework border and the handle is mounted with a figural rams head. Would make an ideal cake slice. Length 31 cms. Width 10.5 cms. Birmingham 1923. Maker Vaughton & Sons.
