A continental silver drinking cup of bell shaped form. Classic plain style. The foot has a gadroon decoration and owner’s initials “BVL” engraved to the bottom rim.

Contains 220 ml.
Weight 127 grams, 3.9 troy ounces.
Height 10.5cm. Diameter 7.8cm.
Paris or Paris Provinces.
Late 18th century circa 1780.

Marks. Stamped on the rim and underneath with French silver marks for Paris or Paris Provinces. Moyenne mark for Paris “3 FRG 5” in a diamond. High grade silver .
