Description

An antique silver hanging lamp with chains from Corfu in Greece. The body is very decorative with embossed leaf motifs. Weight 247 grams, 7.9 troy ounces. Height 20.5 cms. Hanging height 53.5 cms. Both the top and bottom are stamped with Greek silver marks for Corfu, Ionian Islands. Circa 1850.

This useful silver lamp is in very good condition with no damage or restoration. The marks are clear. The base is a bit out of shape (see photo). Please note that this item is not new and will show moderate signs of wear commensurate with age. Reflections in the photograph may detract from the true representation of this item.
