A set of antique sterling silver knives in the popular Kings pattern with steel blades. 12 dinner knives, length 28cm and 12 dessert knives, length 22.5cm. Made in Sheffield. Circa 1880. Maker Harrison Bros & Howsen.

This useful set of sterling silver handled knives are in good but used condition. All are stamped on the collar with the Sheffield assay mark, sterling lion mark and the makers mark "HH"" for Harrison Bros & Howsen. The handles are filled and some show signs of wear on the side join and highlights – see last photo. There is some discoloration on the steel blades.
