Condition
This excellent tankard is in good condition with no damage. With a full set of clear English silver hallmarks to the lid and body, makers mark on the handle. Good patina. There is a slight mark inside where the handle meets the body. The bottom skirt is slightly "not round".

Richard Gines, first mark in 1698 registered at Fenchurch Street, second mark in 1714 as largeworker at Lombard Street. Richard's will was proved 8 June 1742 as PROB 11/718/483 as Will of Richard Gines, Goldsmith of Lombard Street, City of London.
