A fine quality antique sterling silver snuff box with a bright gilt finish. The top has a high relief decoration of a pedlar in old fashioned costume selling his wares in a crowded market. The sides and base have a crisp engine turned finish. Original bright gilt interior.
Weight 176 grams, 5.6 troy ounces.
Top measures 9.5×5.5cm. Height 2.2cm (top of box), 3cm (top of pedlar).
