A very pretty set of 12 knives and 12 forks with decorative engraved blades, long ornate ferules and real mother of pearl handles. In the original wood box with blue velvet lining. Dessert cutlery.

Knife 19.3 cms. Fork 16 cms.
Silver plated.
Circa 1905.
Maker Hammond, Creake & Co, Sheffield.

Condition

This lovely cutlery is in very good condition. The silver plate has no wear. The wooden box is in used condition, the top is scratched and there is a small split in the top corner. Please note that this item is not new and will show moderate signs of wear commensurate with age. Reflections in the photograph may detract from the true representation of this item. The cutlery handles are made from real mother of pearl shell and there may occasionally be a slight variation in grain and size
