A handsome antique sterling silver mug of baluster form with a simple scroll handle. Excellent plain style. Good gauge silver. To the front there is hand engraved monogram in old fashioned script. Contains 290 ml, half pint. Weight 200 grams, 6.4 troy ounces. Height 10.2 cms. London 1749. Maker George Comper.

This charming silver mug is in very good condition with no damage or restoration. With a full set of clear English silver hallmarks underneath. Good colour.
