A classic antique sterling silver jug of baluster shape on a plain circular cast foot. Good plain style. Large capacity. Sparrow beak lip. Hand engraved to the front is an armorial contained within a decorative cartouche. Contains 1600 ml. Weight 867 grams, 27.8 troy ounces. Height 22 cm. Spread 19 cm. London 1763. Maker John Eaton.

This useful pitcher is in very good condition with no damage or restoration. Excellent colour and good gauge metal. Stamped with a full set of clear English silver hallmarks. Please note that this item is not new and will show moderate signs of wear commensurate with age. Reflections in the photograph may detract from the true representation of this item
