A delightful little cut steel purse with excellent quality metalwork. To each side there is an ornate, pierced and engraved steel panel and to the front there is an inset polychrome painting on glass with a maritime scene. The interior is made of red leather and silk. This piece has suffered damage over the years but still remains a very charming and collectible piece.
Length 7 cm. Width 5 cm.
This is made of steel. Not silver.
This pretty little purse is in used condition. The metalwork has lost a few pieces to each side. The glass panel has a crack to one side. The leather and silk interior has some wear but is in good condition for it's age. Please note that this item is not new and will show moderate signs of wear commensurate with age.
