A pretty antique sterling silver waiter with reed and shell border. Small size. To the centre is a hand engraved cartouche containing a family crest. Good colour. Scratchweight etched underneath. Weight 193 grams, 6.2 troy ounces. Diameter 15.3 cm. Height 2.4 cm. London 1749. Maker William Peaston. Retailers mark in old cursive script.

This little salver is in good condition with no damage or restoration. Stamped underneath with a clear set of full English silver hallmarks. Good colour. Shows slight sign of wear to border and engraving. One minimal surface dink. Please note that this item is not new and will show moderate signs of wear commensurate with age. Reflections in the photograph may detract from the true representation of this item.
