A very pretty antique silver bottle ticket with a silver chain. Very heavy quality with cherubs, bunches of grapes and pierced across the centre with “Vin de Grave”.
Weight 42 grams, 1.3 troy ounces.
Measures 6 x 4.4cm.
Fully hallmarked across the piercing for maker Phipps & Robinson.
Circa 1800.
Sterling silver.
Marks. Fully stamped with clear English silver hallmarks however some of this has been lost by the piercing.
