A set of 12 antique silver soup plates of plain design with a shaped reed border and shallow bowl centres. The rims are hand engraved with a crowned cypher. Total weight 5605 grams, 180.2 troy ounces. Diameter 25.7 cm. Austrian silver marks for Vienna 1857-59 (1 later). Maker Franz Schiffer. 19th century.
