A handsome figure of a knight in full armour having a hinged visor and carved bakalite face. In one hand he has a shield, in the other a flag. Parcel gilt finish. Fantastic workmanship and decorative detail. With a pierced filigree silver and gem set base.
Total weight 213 grams, 6.8 troy ounces.
Height 12cms (to top of helmet plume), 15cm (to top of flag). Base 4.3 x 4.3cm.
German silver marks and makers initials.
Defra registration AYNNMLTG.
Marks Stamped on the edge of the base with “Sterling” and below with German silver marks and makers initials.
This silver figure is in very good condition. The parcel gilt is in good order.
