Austrian silver. An early antique salver of square form with a shaped reeded border and raised on corner feet. Good plain style, typical of the early 1700’s. Uninscribed. Excellent colour. Weight 420 grams, 13.5 troy ounces. Height 2.6 cms. Width 21.5 cms. Marked on top with the Austro Hungarian silver wheel mark containing the year, circa 1750, and the old continental silver grade “13”. 13 loths are equivalent to the silver purity grade 812 (sterling silver is 925 out of 1000. Makers initials “FI”.

An unusual antique silver 2 tier serving stand with a detachable base which can be used separately as a tazza. With 2 decorative leaf plates, a beautifully shaped and decorative handle and a pedestal base embossed with flowers. Weight 1422 grams, 45.7 troy ounces. Total height 47.5 cms, base 19 cms, top 40 cms. Diameter of plates 24.5/28.5 cms, top of base 15.4 cms. Marked on both pieces with Austro Hungarian marks for 1863. Maker J Keiner.

A beautiful antique Bohemian glass vase with engraved panels around the body with architectural scenes. The front panel contains the figure of a Greek deity and there are names etched below the panels. The silver lid is mounted with an entwined serpent and an inset piece of mother of pearl. Height 15.5 cms. Diameter of top 7.5 cms. The lid is marked on the edge with “TF”. Austro Hungarian. Circa 1880.

An excellent quality antique silver snuff box with bright yellow engine turned decoration and a bold mosaic border. Snap close hinge. Original gilt interior. Weight 138 grams, 4.4 troy ounces. Top 8.3 x 5.8 cms. Marked inside the top and base with Austro Hungarian silver marks. Circa 1886-1922.
